Construction Expertise

Our specialty is Goodyear welt construction, the gold standard for dress shoes. This traditional method creates footwear that can be resoled multiple times, extending the product's life and value. We operate Goodyear welting machines alongside traditional hand-welting capabilities for our most demanding clients.

We also offer Blake stitch construction for clients seeking Italian-style flexibility, and cemented construction for fashion-forward designs that don't require resolability. Our in-house leather cutting, stitching, and finishing capabilities ensure consistent quality throughout production.

Leather Sourcing

We maintain partnerships with premium tanneries in Italy (Tuscany, Arzignano), Spain (Alcoy), and India. Our material specialists can source specific leathers to meet your requirements, from classic calfskin to exotic options including ostrich, crocodile, and cordovan.

For clients with sustainability requirements, we offer leathers from tanneries certified by LWG (Leather Working Group), recycled leather options, and vegetable-tanned leathers from responsible sources.
