Our strategic location in China's premier sports shoe production hub provides access to the finest raw material suppliers, skilled workforce, and established logistics networks.

Our 25,000 square meter production facility houses over 800 employees, including a dedicated design and development team of 45 professionals. We operate three production lines specifically configured for athletic footwear, with capabilities ranging from basic canvas sneakers to advanced performance running shoes with proprietary cushioning systems.

We have established long-term partnerships with international brands and maintain rigorous quality control systems that meet or exceed international standards. Our commitment to sustainable manufacturing practices includes water-based adhesives, recycled material options, and energy-efficient production processes.

Production Capabilities

Our factory specializes in athletic and sports footwear, with particular expertise in running shoes, basketball shoes, cross-trainers, and casual sneakers. We offer both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) services where we produce shoes to your specifications, and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) where we can develop products based on your brand requirements.

Key production capabilities include injection molding for outsoles, compression molding and direct injection for midsoles, and both cemented and vulcanized construction methods. We work with a wide range of materials including EVA, PU, TPR, various leather types, mesh, and knit textiles.

Quality Assurance

Quality is our foundation. We implement multi-stage quality control at every production step, from incoming material inspection to final packaging. Our QC team of 30 professionals follows standardized inspection protocols aligned with AQL 2.5 standards.

We offer comprehensive testing capabilities including flex testing, abrasion resistance testing, bond strength testing, and color fastness verification. For clients requiring third-party verification, we regularly cooperate with SGS, Bureau Veritas, and Intertek for product testing and factory audits.
